Registration is now open for the EPA Tribal Wetlands Virtual Workshop, primarily focused on Rocky Mountain, Great Plains and Northern Forest ecosystems. The workshop will be held September 22 & 23 and 27-30, 2021, on zoom. Workshop hours each day are 8 AM – 12:30 PM PT / 9-1:30 MT / 10-2:30 CT / 11-3:30 ET.

You will see there are two parts to the workshop. You may register for one or both:
- A special training session “Building Tribal Coalitions for Mutual Learning and Support,” which will be held the first two days of the workshop, September 20 and 21. [space is limited and reserved for tribal program practitioners interested in building a wetlands coalition] EDIT: THIS PORTION IS CANCELLED
- A workshop which will offer skill-building and informational sessions, as well as opportunities for collaboration, September 22, 23 and 27 through 30.
Workshop topics include:
- EPA Core Elements for Wetland Program Planning
- Opportunities for funding, skill-building, partnering and collaborating
- TEK and managing cultural resources
- Tribal case studies and stories to illustrate lessons learned
- Emerging issues
